Set the link and vlink attributes of <body> tag to the same color as follows
and see if it works:
<body bgcolor="white" text="black" link="#0000ff" vlink="#0000ff">
Actually the system is changing the visited links to the same color as
linked; so you cannot see any difference. Hope this would help.
