Off-Topic: tenure and promotion guidelines

I'm on a committee to revise the tenure and promotion guidelines 
for us librarians.  Would anyone be willing to share guidelines
specifically for librarians?  I'd be most interested in ones from
public universities under 10,000, perferrably with a liberal arts
emphasis.  General guidelines ("professional activites must advance
effectiveness in assignment") as well as detailed ones ("you must 
publish an article in a referreed journal") are welcome.
