Apache as Proxy question

I am new to the list but thought I may have something to contribute.

You may want to take a look at the following URL http://www.n2h2.com
they have a filtering agent that runs on their servers off site. 

I just happened to remember their URL, and I am in no way affiliated 
with them. Hope this helps! They can play CyberSitter for you!
