Kiosk Navigator

Hi again,

I have been contacted by a number of you about your inability to reach the
page that describes how to set up Navigator in Kiosk mode using
Javascript.  The virtual addressing on our cooperatives server has failed
and has made this address unavailable(If you think your unhappy...let me
tell you about my day!).
