Kiosk Browser

Contrary to a previous post, it is possible to include the location bar in
a Kiosk Navigator Browser.  The setting to include is called "location",
not "locationbar".  Unfortunately, the documentation from Netscape is both
spotty and conflicting but this has been tested and does work.
