mutli media activities

our school have an idea on setting up a multi-media room, and I will be the
person who in-charge of it. but before that, i have to plan some activities
ahead for the justificationon claiming money for that room.

we have several aims on this:
1. to enhance teaching and learning
2. to upgrade language learning
3. help teachers to teach
