Listserv to HTML?

I have a colleague who co-moderates a listserv list. The
moderators of that list want to make their list more web
accessible -- similar to the archive of this list
<http://sunsite.berkeley.edu/Web4Lib/archive.html> which
is generated by using a third party program
known as Hypermail
<http://www.eit.com/software/hypermail/hypermail.html>.
Unfortunately, the Hypermail site has been down all week.
I found some other Hypermail documentation on the web which
indicates Hypermail was/is free. Does anyone know about
the current availability of that product? Also, I hear
from the company that sells the LISTSERV product that
listserv to HTML conversion is an integrated part of their
product. Can anyone comment on the capabilities of the
LISTSERV method of converting to HTML? Ideally I'd like to
know if anyone has had a chance to compare LISTSERV with
Hypermail (and assuming Hypermail is still available).
