All 92 Indiana Counties linked

I've been lurking but now have some news.

The Indiana Digital County Network is a comprehensive directory of local
information creating a template for development of all 92 Indiana counties.   30+
counties in Indiana already have self-sustaining community nets.  The Access
Indiana Information Network http://www.ai.org maintains the page at
http://www.indico.net
