Limiting FTP to one directory.

On our school's web page, a faculty member wants to be able to upload
class notes, etc. to the server. I can set aside a directory for him.

I'd like to be able to set-up an FTP client that can only upload to that
directory, and not the root or any other directory on the server.

Is this possible? (We're using Windows 95)
