Tracking computer use statistics

I am trying to locate a good software package that can track computer
program use on our library's public computers. I was looking at
Historian, by the same people who do Fortres, but I don't think they
have an NT version out yet. And I spoke with their sales rep, who said
the Windows 95 version is not compatible with NT (of course).

If anyone currently uses, or knows of, software that will run on NT and
that can track which programs were used and how many times they were
used, please let me know.
