New library catalog on the web

The Boise State University Albertsons Library and the Idaho
State Library are pleased to announce the public availability
of the new version of Catalyst, their joint online catalog.  

The URL for the new catalog interface is
<http://catalyst.idbsu.edu/>http://catalyst.idbsu.edu, which is available from
any web
browser (Netscape, Internet Explorer, etc.).  The web version
offers some features that are not available in the text version,
including the ability to search by specific library or collection.
 
In addition to the friendly and familiar interface of the web,
many behind firewalls in institutional or corporate libraries will
now be able to access the catalog for the first time.  For
those who prefer to use the "old" text version via telnet, you
can still connect to
<telnet://catalyst.idbsu.edu/>telnet://catalyst.idbsu.edu.
