Reference Forms on Web Pages

Hello:

I would like to hear from those who have included e-mail reference forms
on their web pages. How often is this service used? Can the question
usually be answered successfully?

A second, more general question. Can anyone tell me about some
innovative faculty projects using web-based instruction? Multimedia? I
am especially interested in English lit courses. Are there are sound
clips of authors reading, etc. freely available?
