Paying for Printing--Public Relations

Anyone who is switching from free printing to charging for printing should
check out "When It's Not Free Anymore: Promoting the Unpopular" at:

This website (based on a poster session) tells how Duke University Medical
Library did the P.R. for their switch from free to fee printing. I think
they did a good job of it, and we're planning to use some of their ideas
when we make our switch.
