This was the first thing I tried, and the way I would prefer to handle it -
prevent the information from accumulating at all.  The properties do not have a
Security tab, however.

Could have sworn I tried that and it wouldn't let me, but it seems to now.  I
will experiment with that some more.  Thanks!
