[WEB4LIB] <BUYER BEWARE> Copley/Arlington Winter Web Workshops Now Open

Potential subscribers to the Dynamic Duo workshop may wish to take note 
of the following:

On April 28, 1998 Mr. Copley said the following in welcoming subscribers 
to the Dynamic Duo Workshop:

"1) What will I receive in exchange for my signup fee?

    During the workshop you will receive a series of six tutorials ..."

Tutorials arrived as follows:

1. May 10
2. May 18
3. May 29
..
4. Oct 13

Between June and September I became frustrated with the slow delivery.
On September 2 I asked for a refund of half the fee ($15 of $30).
Mr. Copley agreed to pay but I have yet to see it.

There has been no word on tutorials 5 and 6.

Other subscribers may also wish to comment on their satisfaction with the 
delivery of Arlington Courseware.
