Changing library systems

Hi All,

Our library is in the process of changing library automation systems.
Presently we are using DavxPlus and DavxPC (an old DOS based program which
uses Revelations) and will be converting to Lotus Notes -  NOTEbookS.

We are having a lot of difficulties exporting all of the information in
each record from the system.  The only information that we seem to be able
to export is a bibliographic record... all of the "library use only"
information is still trapped in the system.  As the IS department is
unfamiliar with the product, they have been unable to extract the
information we desire.  I am relatively new to the library, and so I too am
unfamiliar with all of the idiosyncrasies of the product.  As usual the
manuals (dated 1988) are of no help.

If anyone has used Davx in the past, or has worked with Revelations I would
appreciate any suggestions.
