Validation page updated

It was recently brought to my attention that my page of validation links
had fallen out of date, so I have spent some time updating it today.  Two
developments to note about online validation services: the Kinder, Gentler
Validator has gone out of business, and now points to the W3C Validator;
and the Web Design Group has just announced a new validation service.  WDG
also has the only CSS checker I know of.
