Printing from specific WWW sites

I posted this question last week, but got no reply, so I'd like to see if 
I can toss it out one more time:

Does anyone know if it is possible to prevent printing from specific web sites, or to only allow 
printing from certain sites?  

Our library currently uses the Manual Proxy Configuration feature of 
Netscape to limit access to specific web sites, but we are now looking at the 
possiblity of allowing printing from one web site and not another.  We are 
also running Fortres and IKiosk on the PC's in question.

If this is not an option within the abilities of MSIE/Netscape, is there 
a software program available that can control printing from specifc web 
sites?
