Remove From List

There seems to be people on this list including myself who are unable to
unsubscribe,
It is common courtesy for the administrator of a mailing list to provide
this information and implement the facility I like others am getting fed up
of sorting through my email daily as I have no filtering facility and why
should I have to anyway?
