about:global command in Netscape

I randomly check the lab computers using the about:global command to find
out where people have gone on the Internet. I find very interesting things
(mostly games and mtv). A few week ago I found someone had gone to a really
inappropriate site and brought it to the principal. The next time I checked
that computer, only sites that had been visited that day showed up. I know
the principal had a discussion with the suspect(s) and probably told how I
discovered the misuse.

My question: Is there a way to delete the file so that the about:global
doesn't work? If so, what file is it? Does anyone who uses FoolProof know
how to protect this file so it can't be deleted?

We use Netscape 3.0 on our machines.

Thanks in advance.
