Netscape Communicator 4.0 and Telnet problem

I have also run into a similar problem with NetScape 4.0x and Telnet on
MACINTOSH: NetScape opens Telnet, but without opening the address of the
catalog. NetScape 3.0x did not have this problem. I haven't found either any
explanation in the support page. I have sent a comment about this to
NetScape, but who can hope to have any answer from these big companies?...
