Public access site counter?

I was very disapointed to find out that the "Historian" program from
Fortress Grand Corp just provides a list and not a count.

Does anybody out there know of a product (Windows 95 - based) that will
count the number of sites accessed from public access internet stations? We
don't want a listing of sites accessed, just some statistical data.

Any and all ideas are welcome.
