CGI script for mailing a form from Windows server

Greetings, Gentlefolk,

Just wondering if anyone can recommend a place to find a simple CGI
script for e-mailing a form output.  I'd prefer something free if
possible (fiscal year end is looming on the horizon).  I know there's
plenty of free stuff out there for Unix servers, but the only one I have
to play with is running O'Reilly's WebSite on a pentium with Windows NT.

Any recommendations?
