Netscrape 4.03 on a Dell computer

Interesting--I have tried the re-load several times and still having the
problem. Also on the download of the 4.03, the files were NOT WRITTEN to
the netscape/comm/program files, but ended up in the Windows files--has
this happened to anyone else? Lyn Elizabeth Martin, Seattle University
