Assuming that the comment refers to the inability of our non-US
colleagues to access the NY times website free of charge, I heartily
agree. I contacted the NY Times repro center, and they said I could have
two reprints. It wasn't completely clear whether they meant I could
forward a print from the website or had to request a dead-tree version
from the Times. I was quite baffled, actually. I also discovered that the
cyber Times is not archived in the commercial archives used by
FirstSearch. Well, that's interesting; the fee-based electronic archive
does not include access to the electronic supplement to a paper
periodical. Whew, my head spins!
If you were Canadian but had an account on a US server, coudl you
access the Times?
