Do you cite web resources online?

In preparing for a library instruction class on evaluating, designing and
citing web pages, I realized that the examples I have for citation of web
pages are apparently for use in print bibliographies. I do not recall
ever seeing a site (including the Langsdale page) that included formal
citations to links included in the page. Do you include citations or know
of sites that include citations? Perhaps we have all assumed that the
existence of a link to another page is sufficient?

I have seen pages that provide reviews or annotations or at least the date
last visited, but none that give citations.
