WebChallenger runs on a Windows NT 4.0 system (workstation or server).

standard   Java and JavaScript enabled browser (port # 31119).
WebChallenger can be installed on the same Windows NT system with a web
server. Alternately, it can be installed on a dedicated Windows NT
system located on the same network segment with a web server. In either
mode of operation, WebChallenger can manage any web server from any
vendors (Netscape, Microsoft, Apache, etc..) running on any flatform
(NT, UNIX, Mac, VMS, Mainframe, etc...) as long as the server is either
located on the same Windows NT system or on the same network segment
with WebChallenger.
