Netscape not loading initial page

I have a similar problem with IE on Windows NT WS. I can go in and change
the default home page, but the next time I log in, the home page has gone
back to Microsoft. I've searched the registry to replace every mention of
http://www.microsoft.com/, but it doesn't help. I've even reinstalled NT!
I must say that this happens only on 4 of our workstations. It has me
stumped. Has anyone else experienced this?
