FrontPage training

We have recently received a new purchase of Microsoft FrontPage. (Actually
one with 10 site licenses)  This arrived without any books or documentation.
I have looked through their help section and it does not seem very helpful.
Is there a book that covers FrontPage well? a CD Rom tutorial? video or
something similar? 

I am fairly computer literate and the editor part seems easy enough to
comprehend. The web management sections and how the various parts interact
is the main area of confusion. 

Any Suggestions?
