electronic ordering

Hi!

Does anyone out there know of a list that would be helpful for 
troubleshooting electronic ordering? We're just starting with 
Acquisitions using Dynix and B&T. Please send your responses directly 
to me and not the list, needless to say this has nothing to do with the 
Web.
