geopac again

Dear Fellow Web4libbers,

I posteed this question a little while ago, but got no reply, so I thought
I would give it another shot.
I would like any opinions/feedback on GEOPAC, how user friendly, any bugs,
etc... I would really appreciate any information, as it is to help a
friend and I would really like to have something to offer her.
