Microsoft IE4 Bug

As most of you know, someone from Jabadoo Communications in Germany
discovered a bug today in Microsoft Internet Explorer 4.0 which allows
reading of files off of users' hard drives.

I found the following on the Microsoft Internet Explorer Web Site:

"Fix Now Available for "Freiburg" Text-Viewing Issue
Internet Explorer 4.0 users can now download a fix for the text-viewing
issue that was reported to Microsoft from a firm in Freiburg, Germany"

I found that further information concerning the bug and the patch can be
downloaded from:
