Check this site out. Looks a worthy Web software/utilities resource.
Incredible contents listing and archive.

Plus, how can you fault someone:
   1) with a home page and self-portrait that looks like this, 
   2) who assembles a resource "contender," right up there with TUCOWS,
and,
   2) with the chutzpah to name his own shareware product the
"N.A.C.H.O.S. HTML Editor"?

I'll let those interested find out for themselves what the initials
stand for....
