catalog links to web sites

Mark,

Intercat didn't focus so much on selection of Internet resources, but on
the cataloging of them. My point was that various sets of cmplete records
could be offered as "packages" or products, with specific focuses (subject,
type of library, source (GovDocs), type of use, etc.). I think Intercat is
a fine start, but I'd like a more polished and customizeable product. One
that I can integrate into an OPAC in batch mode, not interactive.

Marcive for example must be including records with 856 fields in them in
their service.
