For those of you who are interested in such things, Sun filed suit against
Microsoft today claiming that Microsoft's failure (and disinclination) to
support all of the Java Development Kit 1.1 in MSIE 4 constitutes breach of
contract, trademark infringement, false advertising, and unfair competition.

Gee, you don't suppose Sun had this in mind when they decided to keep
control of the Java trademark rather than turn it over to the ISO, do you?
