Promoting a paragraph

Does anyone on the list know any alternatives to having stylesheets and
not blocking out lynx users AND not maintaining 2 versions of the web
pages?

I mean there is probably some program which will create normal pages out
of Stylesheet pages?

Hope the above makes any sense =)
