Promoting a paragraph

I haven't done any HTML coding in two or three months, but doesn't the
<Quote></Quote> tag indent?  Please, correct me if I'm wrong.

For example, I might try:


<A HREF=library.html>library!!</A><br>
<quote>Library is a site that......</quote>

<p> or <ul> for next entry
