Internet Explorer and gopher

I'm having a problem with IE accessing some documents that still
reside on our gopher server.  The person who brought it to my attention
can access all the menu items except one.  I cannot see any difference
in this item and the others, and I cannot duplicate the problem.
However, when I choose a menu item, view the next menu, and click 
"back," I get the same error she does (Cannot open the site... "due
to error 800c0008"), although it does take me back.  If I view the second
level menu, then view one of the documents, I can go back fine.

I'm using 4.0, I think the other person is using 3.x.  Has anyone
seen/heard anything about this?  It works fine on a gopher client
and on Netscape.

Or, www.apsu.edu, choose Administration, choose Policies & Procedures.
The item she cannot access is "Personnel."
