Good questions...

> 1. If people are using Win95, why not use the latest browser?
Because newer versions, while adding utility, also use up lots more 
memory.  If your computer is older and slower, that makes a 
difference.

> 2. Some are still using Netscape 1.0 and 2.0, why?
Fear of ftp; lack of support for a change.  Seems easy only if you do 
it regulary!

> 3. When do users switch to the latest browser version?
When they upgrade their systems!
