List gatekeepers

I agree 500% with Joe on this issue.  I belong to another list (PACS-L)
where the all holy list owners are constantly limiting discussion of
issues that I believe are related to the list topic of public access
computer systems.  They allow tirades from highly visible people that
threaten to sue and then limit messages and discussion from others that
lack the clout.

Lets keep this list open and free-wheeling.  E-mail in libraries is
directly related to what this list is all about.  Keep the discussion
going or if you don't like it just ignore it.
