Keynote Speaker?

         The State Library of Iowa will be conducting a conference,
         "Internet in Libraries," (they might find a better name)
         somewhere in central Iowa, November 13-14 of this year.  They
         apparently have some money to spend and are looking for a
         keynote speaker (probably someone far enough away to have
         some credibility).

         Please send recommendations, with a brief description, and
         I'll forward them to our leader.
