This workshop is recommended for systems librarians and applications
programmers involved in the development and management of internet-based
clients and servers.

As in previous years, this full day workshop will provide attendees
with a state-of-the-art review of the communication networks,
information resources, client software, server software and
underlying protocols which together constitute the world of the
Internet. The workshop will include live demonstrations of the latest
Internet navigation tools, resources and services, and is guaranteed to be
fully buzzword compliant.  It will also serve as an excellent primer for
the "Digital Library" session scheduled for later in the conference.
Librarians and information professionals from all sectors and backgrounds
are invited to attend.

Cost for one workshop: $100.00, ($85.00 ETIG members) - lunch and
refreshments included.
Special combined rate for both workshops: $180.00 ($160.00 for ETIG
members) - lunch and refreshments included.
