POSITION ANNOUNCEMENT


REFERENCE LIBRARIAN with strong research, information, and instructional 
skills to provide user services in a service-oriented, technologically 
supported library.
RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE: Reference desk services with scheduled 
nights/weekends, library user instruction, online searching, and 
collection development.
REQUIRED: ALA-accredited master's degree; minimum two years professional 
library experience in public services; proficiency in using traditional 
and electronic reference resources including CD-ROM, online databases, 
and the Internet; ability to work with users in efficient, courteous manner.
SALARY: $27,000-$30,000.  Twelve-month, non-tenured faculty.
