Snap Guides

If the Snap Guide I just looked at (one of interest to public librarians
these days) - "How to keep your kids out of the Net's bad neighborhoods" -
is any indication, I won't be recommending that my local public library
point to them.

The author recommends setting Internet Expolorer to block all but RSACi
labeled sites and then goes on to say "Not all web pages are rated,"
That's gotta be the understatement of the year! Do you have a PICS-Label in
your meta tags? If not, Internet Explorer will block you - unless you set
the option to let the viewer visit unrated sites (which currently include
about 99.9% of the web pages out there.)

By the way, the articles may be signed, but there's no email address given.
