Email privacy

Greetings,,,

This question is for all. I am doing a term paper in the subject of
"Ethical Considerations in Email". I am asking for inputs addressing the
following questions :

- Is it ethical to moniter email messages in oraganizations ?

- Is the argument of the technology ownership validate the employers
action of mointering?

- Is Email a formal (non-private) channel ?

- Is it a privacy invasion or not ?
