Statistical Keeping Software

Does anyone use or know of software that will record CD-ROM database 
use on various setups: LANs, stations using Pioneer six-changer CD 
players, towers, and stand alone CD stations.  We would like to find 
a package that would work with both Windows and DOS based CD-ROM 
databases.  It would also be wonderful to have one that would not 
only keep records of which databases were searched but also the time 
of day to help determine the busiest hours for database searching.

Your help will be greatly appreciated and I will summarize the 
results for the list.
