Joe--
Our server here claims to be using Lynx 2.5. When I look at your pages
with Lynx, the ones that I can't connect to (Yahoo, Alta Vista, etc.) all
seem to have a space inserted somewhere in the file name when you press
the = sign for that link. Berkeley Public Library's does also, and when
you try that link via Lynx, you get connected to Berkeley City web pages,
the first part of Berkeley Public's URL, rather than to the library pages
because (I assume) Lynx stops at the space.
Unfortunately, I have no explanation for why those spaces appear in the
file names with Lynx and not with Netscape. Maybe someone wiser can
explain.
