Query about networked public printing

Bobst Library at NYU is looking to provide networked printing for public
workstations. Can anyone help me with some of the following questions:

If you provide networked public printing, 

1. Are you using a vendor? If so, who? Can you describe what services
you get?

2. Did you develop an in-house solution? What is it?

3. What kinds of systems are you networking? (Novell, TCP/IP, etc>)

4. Do you charge for printing, if so how? Per page/ venadcard, etc.
