If you use a Mac, try the Flash-it screen capture utility. There are various
settings (e.g., whether or not to capture the cursor). So in this case, you
would pull down the Web Menu, then with your other hand press the hot-keys you
have assigned to active the utility. The cursor turns into a cross-hair, and
you can now release the mouse button (the menu stays pulled down). Take the
cross-hair, drag across the part of the screen you want to save or print,
release. The screens are saved as pict files. You can download Flash-It from
Info-Mac.
Perhaps there is a similar utility for other platforms as well.
