Info req on using NT4 Wkstn as an intranet FTP/WWW server on a Ethernet LAN

a public high-school has a LAN with 14 Clients Win95 and a uses a WinNT4 
wkstn sharing the data with the Win95 clients.

While they are waiting to receive the WinNT4 Server, they are actually 
delivering a basic internet training course to teachers and students.

The problem is: the NT4 Wkstn is recognized as a "server" with the address 
manually assigned while installing the TCP/IP server. The Win95 clients are 
able to use the file services (sharing the NT4 disks), but they are unable 
to reach the www server.

Should they modify the Hosts.sam and LMHOsts.sam files in each Win95 
client? Or there is something simpler?
